With over 40 years of industry experience in pharma, trading, e-commerce, manufacturing, healthcare businesses he has been an active entrepreneur since 1983. He has travelled multiple countries like China, Australia, Africa, Indonesia, Malaysia among other South Asian countries. Ashok has been instrumental in delivering some key government assignments involving the installation of electrical meters in backward village areas of Odisha under the Saubhagya scheme. He is based out of Bhubaneswar, Odisha with his office situated here since 1990. He also holds multiple areas of interest outside business and is an active social personality working for upliftment of the backward sections of society and engaged in their awareness by organizing donation drives, free camps and such opportunities.

Akankshya comes with 8+ years of IT industry experience working in the areas of consulting, product management, and transformation of organizations using digital technologies and processes. She has worked in organizations like Accenture, KPMG, Unisys and associated with startups a lot during this tenure. She is an active participant in technology fairs and events across India and assisted in the development of emerging technology practices within her organizations. Akankshya holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engg and MBA degree to her educational qualifications.

Abhisek is an innovative and active member of the team who is experienced in the areas of supply chain management, product management and logistics industry having worked for Vedanta, Uber, Amazon among others. He is a very active participant in the startup ecosystem of India and traveled across Europe like Netherlands, Spain, Amsterdam to name a few. Abhisek is passionate about the businesses involving the integration of technology with the improvement of processes. He has spearheaded multiple large-scale programs for the implementation and delivery of solutions across the EU region. Abhisek is an engineer from NIT, Rourkela, and MBA from IE, Spain.

WHY SHOULD YOU USE AC24 DEVICE? WHAT ARE ITS BENEFITS?Electricity consumption towards air conditioning accounts for approx. 40% of total consumption of power in any organization. It has been estimated that changing ACs temperature from conventional 17-18 degree to 24-25 degree Celsius can result in approx. 40% average energy savings. India would be able to reduce GHG emissions by approx. 8.2 million ton of CO2 per year, conserve energy of 20 billion units (worth Rs.10000 crore) annually and save Mother Earth from global warming. All these are in lines with the Paris agreement too.

WHY DO WE SUGGEST 24 degrees AS THE OPTIMUM TEMPERATURE SETTINGS?It is always observed that though 24 degrees Celsius is the suitable temperature for humans body and health to feel comfortable but most people run AC units at its minimum temperature of operation between 16-18 degree Celsius. Due to this practice, there is always huge amount of wastage of electricity and money, negative impact on AC compressor life, health and environment.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE AC24 TO MY REQUIREMENT?Yes, the product can be made customizable to any temperature that the client desires. However, due to reasons stated earlier we recommend 23-24 degrees as the optimum temperature setting and studies have proved to give maximum savings too.

HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE TO INSTALL AC24 AND WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE?The device once ordered takes 2-3 days to ship at the address. From then you can book a slot with one of our partnered electricians who will install AC24 device into your AC unit free of cost. It should not take more than 15-30 minutes of your time and the entire activity will be performed by our electrician.

HOW DOES AC24 WORK?Our device AC24 can prevent misuse of the Air conditioner by keeping the AC unit to run at 24 degree Celsius. Even though the user can reduce the AC temperature to a minimum value of 16 degrees through remote control, but our device will not allow it to go beyond 24 degrees (or whatever temperature it’s been set to maintain). The micro controller chip inside the device is programmed in such a way to read the room temperature via attached sensor and regulate the settings accordingly. Hence the user can run the AC above 24 degrees but not below it. It will not in any way affect the colling of the room and the heat osmosis will be well maintained.

WHERE HAVE WE TESTED AC24?Our AC24 device has been tested at CPRI (Central Power Research Institute) Ministry of Power, GOI testing laboratory which is certifying all types of electrical products. CPRI has tested our product and found the savings of 40% on electricity consumption by bringing down temperature from 17 to 22 degrees. This device tested by NALCO a GOI undertaking, has observed 67% savings in electricity consumption by using AC2 device. It can give direct savings on electricity bill and financial gain.

FROM WHEN CAN I START SEEING THE RESULTS OF AC24?Changes in the electricity bill and air conditioners health can be seen from the first month of installation. For complete 40% overall savings, a minimum of 4-6 months duration is required. We have estimated you can get back the cost of an air conditioner back in 3 years’ time.

WHAT WILL BE THE MAINTENANCE RELATED ACTIVITIES FOR AC24?Once installed there is no regular maintenance requirement for the AC24 device. It is going to be fitted in the AC unit for a very long time with zero maintenance.

HOW LONG WILL ONE DEVICE WORK WHEN INSTALLED?One device once installed can run for a long time without any issues. It can range from the utilization requirements of your AC unit and lasts more than 7-8 years easily.

HOW MANY AC24 DEVICE WILL I NEED FOR A LARGER AC?The AC24 device works equally well for all size and capacity irrespective of the tonnage. Only one device can be fit in AC of any capacity
